Sciatica Pain is nerve pain ranging from the lower back or gluteus and can radiate down through the hamstrings, knees, calves, and toes, and is just a symptom of the 20+ causes of sciatica. This is why the condition alludes most people, including its sufferers. I know from horrendous experience. You are avidly searching everywhere you can for just a drop of valuable information that is specific to your body. You begin by trying to fix yourself through exercises for sciatica or fixing muscle imbalances – and most sufferers are lucky enough to reverse their symptoms on their own given the right protocol, hard work on their part and consistency.
